Terms of service

Last updated Jun 1, 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of the SWIPA customer portal. By signing in, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

Authorized use

The portal is provided to SWIPA customers and their authorized users. You may use it only for legitimate business purposes and only within the scope of the role assigned to you. Access is personal to you and must not be shared.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep your credentials and verification devices confidential.
  • Access only the data required for your work.
  • Report suspected unauthorized access or security incidents promptly.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, payment network rules, and internal policies.

Acceptable conduct

You may not attempt to circumvent access controls, export data beyond what your role permits, interfere with the operation of the platform, or use the portal to act against the interests of merchants or their customers.

Availability

We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but the service is provided on an “as is” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and may revoke access at any time where required for security or compliance.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the portal or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
